Instructor Rating

Learning to fly is invigorating. Inspiring someone else to master the skills of flying is an experience beyond measure!

That’s what being an instructor is all about.  Airlines and regional carriers respect the work of the instructor for several reasons. It is the first time any of us work in a multi-crew environment, you need to bring your skills in communication to a higher level, you improve your ability to assess, evaluate and change your plan to suit the students learning style.  All of these skills will carry throughout your aviation career, whether you become a career instructor, an instructor of instructors, or a training captain for airline carriers.
