Compliance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Sky Wings Aviation Academy Ltd. is committed to providing international students with clear and accurate information regarding their study and work options while in Canada. It is important to note that providing advice and counsel on immigration matters is regulated by law, and only licensed and registered immigration consultants are authorized to do so.
As such, we do not offer immigration advice or counseling services. However, we encourage interested students to visit the official website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for comprehensive information on immigration processes, study permits, work permits, and other related matters.
For more information, please visit the IRCC website here.
Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)
Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) is a document issued by provinces and territories in Canada to certain groups of international students. This letter acts as confirmation that the student has been allocated a spot within the provincial or territorial quota under the national cap for international students.
If a PAL is necessary, it must accompany the student’s study permit application when submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
For further information about PALs, individuals can refer to the IRCC website for specific details and guidelines.

International Instructor Rating
Thanks for your interest in our flight instructor rating program. To complete this course, you will need to obtain your Canadian commercial license. This would require for you to obtain a Canadian aviation medical (Category 1), complete the written test and complete the flight test. You would also need to show that you have the required flight experience which is usually done by providing your logbook. This website has more information.
Once that is completed, we would be happy to train you to be a flight instructor. To sign up for the commercial and then instructor rating, we would ask for you to apply on our website. You will also need to send us a copy of your passport and a $200 application fee. Once we have those three things, we can issue you a letter of acceptance.
